Interactive Internet Training

As a reader of the forum for the past year, I’m impressed with the level of experience and expertise indicated by your postings and responses. As a result I am seeking your input and would like to know if anyone has experience with interactive internet training programs. I want to offer training in harassment avoidance via the internet to some 95 employees scattered in 20 offices throughout the state, and would like to know if anyone has had experiences with this type of training and what you thought of the training. Any resources you might point me to for such training would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance – although I'm a first time poster, I know you folks will come through.

    Our Agency has been doing training(on a variety of things) through Mindleaders.com....we've found this to be a great way to not waste a lot of time, it's far more cost effective...and so far, seems to provide more tangible results.

    EE's can log in anytime from their workstations and complete courses.
