Swipe Card Punch Clocks

Morning....we currently use a computerized Time keeping system called Time Star. We are looking into implementing a swipe card system instead. Do any of you currently use swipe cards for time keeping and if so what system? Thanks in advance!!

We have one in part of our operations--Stromberg. I've been with the organization since 2001, and it was in place when I arrived. I don't work directly with it but do provide troubleshooting support, and it can be tedious. I'm not sure it integrates well with anything either. At least, we have it as a stand-alone, so payroll requires a second data entry step--I would say, not the way of the future. Also, it's a bar code reader, requires printing and distribution of bar codes for employee ID for the system.

We use Qqest timekeeping system. It requires a swipe card AND fingerprint to eliminate buddy punching. It is integratable with some payroll software i.e. quickbooks.
