Computer proficiency testing/training

I am looking for: (1) pre-employment tests to verify an applicants knowledge/skill level in Word & Excel, and (2) computer-based training for current employees on Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint. Has anyone used a good program that fits either description? If so, please let me know what you like about the program & where I can purchase it. Thanks.
