The Management Team has decided that due to corporate image, safety, etc they would like to change our dress policy to include 'no piercings'. I have made this statement and would like any advice or info that you could provide.

"Piercings will only be permitted in the ear lobes. Any other piercings need to be covered up or the earrings need to be taken out during work hours."

I would say that the only permitted visible piercings would be one earring per ear. Any other visible piercings need to be covered or removed during work hours.

There's a lot of people with piercings you would not ever see- or probably want to.

Would men be allowed to have their ears pierced? Does it matter how many earrings an ee wears in their ear? I've seen up to 10 in one lobe- not exactly professional.
