Yummy Pork Chops - for one or many

Boneless Country Style Pork Chops (you choose how many)
Salt
Pepper
Dijion Mustard
Crushed Graham Crackers

Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chop. Place in baking pan. Pierce the chop several times with a fork. Lightly coat the top (or each top) of the chop with Dijion Mustard (must have enough mustard to 'hold' the graham crackers in place). Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over each chop - completely covering the Dijion Mustard. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover and let bake for 30 more minutes until graham cracker tops are golden. Serve.
