I am looking to create a policy on Public Display of Affection. Can anyone direct me where I can find information regarding the subject?

    Probably the closest we have would be a personal conduct policy. It doesn't prohibit PDAs specifically, but addresses behavior in general, including:
    Engaging in conduct unbecoming an employee of [Organization Name] and/or conduct that appears to reflect badly upon the organization.
    Participating in any action that would in any way interfere with or disturb the normal operation of the organization or that would interfere with the ability of management to manage.

    All employees should practice commonsense rules of good taste and respect for coworkers. This includes observing a professional standard of behavior while at work and at company-sponsored events. Employee conduct should be respectful and not offensive to others. Offensive behavior can be somewhat subjective and what is not offensive to one employee may very offensive to another. With that in mind, employees should refrain from [Insert list of unacceptable behavior].
