Page Cannot Be Viewed screen

In trying to view the post "Term Yes or No" I keep getting a 'page cannot be viewed' screen. I've logged off a couple of times, turned off my computer and still the same message. I can view all other messages - any ideas on why not this one?

I was having this problem yesterday, but not just on this page. .maybe it was a problem in cyberland. .
