Good question. We are in GA. If our policy is 40 hours can be carried over, can I create a policy that eliminates the PTO carry-over for 2010 and encourage everyone to take their PTO in 2009?

She declined the position because she did not want to work FT hours. It has nothing more to do with anything than that. In addition, she call on Thursday to decline the FT role and did not show up for work which would have been a normal day of work …

I have another question (instead of starting a new thread) - We have an employee who was supposed to go out on pregancy related leave - however, before her due date she was put on bed rest. What is required or what changes when that happens?
